Zinc Magnesium Aspartate...take it before bed, supposed to be on an empty stomach with no dairy products. research has shown it increases anabolic activity while you sleep. (muscle building phase for those who are wondering) which if you dont know, you build the most muscle while you sleep. it is supposed to also stave off catabolic, or the phase that consumes muscle instead of building it. its kinda interesting stuff, worth a try. in a way it doesnt matter what brand you buy, just compare the doseages on the labels, they are all pretty similar because they all buy it from another company who has the rights to the stuff. oh and i almost forgot, one side effect of the NO2 stuff, well its not a bad one, is that it sort of has a Viagra effect on your member...something to think about!

I tried Creatine but it makes me loose to much weight. I really like Protein though. I cycle 8 weeks on and 4 weeks off. [/b]
Creatine will make you gain weight, if anything. maybe something else was making you lose weight. you will gain water weight if anything else, since it absorbs water into your muscles. and dont cycle protein, theres no point in it, it will just make you lose muscle. protein is THE most important supplement you can take, since muscle is protein, it would make sense that you need to take it if you want to gain.

I know that creatine makes you gain weight, but your talking about a really high metabolism here. When I take creatine it speeds up my heart rate making me LOSE weight without keeping tone. I bulk up for the 8 weeks on, but it's all water weight and easily lost. Creatine doesn't give me effective results on toning or weight gain. I cycle protein becuase it helps keep keep fat down. When I am on the off cycle I lose a little fat. When I am on the on cycle I gain fat and tone. Two years ago I was 45 lbs heavier. I started working out hard core and dropped like 30 pounds. Now taking off one pound of fat is near impossible. SO I cycle off and eat heavy. Eventually I will hit a point where I will have close to no body fat but for now I'm still working. Kind of funny because of the dramatic weight loss all the fat is in two places on my body.

i took creatine for a little while. i don't like taking stuff much though b/c with a lot of them as soon as you stop taking them you go right back to where you started and it's wasted money. plus i'm poor right now anyway so.

I work out an a daily basic. I was a wrestler for about 8 years and this is what got me started. I don't use any suplements anymore because they all suck and are worse for your body in the long run than they are healthy. The only product i would use again would the the new creatine (liquid form) tht helps you maintain would you already have. Not the one the builds mass. you can get the same results with just plain hard work. and a good diet. FISH, FISH, FISH... Stop sepnding you money on pills and shakes. Go buy some nice fish and baked chicken you'll get more of protein. and less TRANS-FAT. (FYI trans-fat is the worst fact. As of 2005 all product will have to list trans-fat before saturated-fat.I;m about 5'10 154 / 157 (it changes day to day), with 4 1/4 BFP. My work out switches every 7-8 weeks. And over the year i've noticed this has helped more. Changing up the work out and doing alot alot alot of burnout reps. Over the last 4 years i havn't been able to do any major cardio. because of my knee and my femur. thats why i do burnout reps to make up for the lack of bike riding / running.

Hmmm favorite muscle? That is kind of a hard question for me. Becuase of the fact that I was sooo out of shape, the muscles I focus on change to better distrubute weight. Right now I am really working hard on my shoulders.
