Thats why you cycle the supplements bro. You dont stay on any supplements for a length period of time.. thats why i said my new cycle of 1-AD starts soon.. the only thing i stay on constantly is whey protein.. everything else i get on and off as directed.. alot of people gain fat because they dont workout as much as they used to and slow down.. If u keep going ull be good.. Whats gonna happen at 25? Nothing if i keep working out like i do now..

I think i'm almost at my perfect wieght. maybe another 7 lbs and thats it. i had to always keep my wieght under 155 for wrestling and I don't want to be big and have huge mass. Did you miss the part that stated only 4.5 BFP i just got my BFP done last week and i'm down to 4.15% so this means that i have no fat at all on my body. My ass is the only fat element left. It almost un healthy that my BFP is so low. So i'm going to have to go out drinking this weekend. so go ahead with you sceptical 170lbs and you shakes with you 10- 15% BFP and i'll do my thing.

your right. Maybe i did jump off the deep end. And took the last line of your post wrong. My bad. But you need to understand that when you come at me saying. (if you wrestled for years how come your wieght is @ blah blah blah i take it as an insult) becasue 70% for your posts are insulting.
