On a non automotive related topic.. Who here works out ?

Ive been working out on and off for years but ive just recently got really serious.. Im currently 3/4 supplements... Andro, Creatine, Protein and one in a while i stack Tribulus with the andro.

For those that dont know what Andro is.. in laymens term like a testosterone booster that promotes strength and muscle growth. Sick shitt Tribulus just boosts the effect of the andro.

Ive finished my first cycle of andro (4 weeks) im trying to figure out what to get on next... So far theres this product out there called NO2 everyones raving about but i wonder if its any good. better be for $75 bucks!

Any of yous on anything?

I do weights every other day on a dual seat full weider machine, and do 2 designer whey protein shakes a day. I should start running though, all I eat is pizza, so I've go all this tone but still a carb-belly!

I don't work out.. but used to and should start again.
Though I'm 6ft 130#. I lifted and worked out when I ran track in HS, It was enough that i noticed a differance but i never really put on any mass.

Well, i tried out the NO2 for 3 months with little results. I work out 3-4 times a week, i consume 1 gram of protein per body weight, creatine, and i take a good vitamin supplement, and i gained about 5 pounds total. but some of that was probably a little fat, some water weight, and then some muscle. Ive read up on it while i was taking it, and found that it either really works for some people, and for some it gave limited results. Not really worth 75 bones a month IMO. How do you like the andro? what brand is it, and how do you cycle on/off with it? ive heard it works, but its pretty damn expensive.

IMO andro is bad stuff. things that dick with hormone levels are not good. i did some research on the stuff when i was lifting really serioulsy. this was like 3 years ago, so things could have changed, but basically the verdict was that it did little if anything and had the potential for not good side affects. but compared to the alternatives, its not bad at all.

I worked out for about a month...6 days a week. Took a Protein supplement called Cytogainer..has a little creatine and glutamine in it, lots of protein, lots of calories, lots of amino acids, and not a lot of fat. I noticed a good difference after a month of working out...I got stronger fast...then I've taken almost 3 weeks off since school started..by the time I get home I'm too tired to lift, but I think I'm gonna start at it again, 3 days a week...so I can work out on just my easier days.
