Hello all..Been a member here since the old school CL..Probably some remember me when they see the pics. Anyways, here is my ride.
I just got GSR Mesh rims and i sent them to be powdercoated in Granite Silver Metalic with a Polished lip. Im happy with the outcome and change of look in the car. I previouslly had SI rims.

Well here are the pics.

Before

With GSR P.Coated rims

Color of the Hatch is Dark Amethist

New Matador Aguila tires..These tires are being advertised here and they've been really good tires.I know of some ppl who uses them and they say the tire is excellent. They are 180 in threadwear so theyre a lil more stickier than the AZENIS.I see ppl with them hitting 2.2's and 2.15's with these tires.. They are cheap..Just 55-60$ for the 15"...the 14" tires are like 35-40 bucks..Temperature A Traction A Threadwear 180....They are 195/50/R15

Here is a picture of the condition of the GSR rims when i got them..

They had pretty bad curb scratches as the car i got them from was involved on an accident, car was tottaled. So i got them and sent them to be re surfaced, take away all the scratches, make them 100% straight and then Powdercoat them.

This is the finished product(and above are pics with them on the car)

Next exterior and drivetrain mods are:
Slotted front rotors and rear disc convertion
JDM CTR mirrors
Skunk2 Front Camber correction
Powdercoated Gunmetal or Black Housing headlights.

Comments and flames are welcome

the cars looks SO much better w/ gsr wheels than the si wheels. the powder coating makes a big difference. how much did it set you back for all 4?

400 TOTAL(100 PER RIM)..But that was not just the Powdercoating..That included everything-->Re surface them + check and fix any bent rims + the powdercoating.

I bought the rims for $100 with tires. Just 2 of the 4 tires were good with 95% thread left..I re used those on the rear and bought 2 new tires for the front

I really love OEM wheels, your car sets them off nicely, too. Great looking car man, keep up the good work.
