sweet setup man. im friggin jealous. i was saving up money for a turbo setup. but now i might be trying to by my moms tanning salon, so now i have to put the money towards a better use, a down payment. i hate getting old and having a more responsability.

better put a filter or screen mesh over the opening on the turbo. wouldnt want any debris hitting the fins.

I am installing it, but it is still not done yet. Chances are it will be set up for 7 psi. The turbo is a Turbonetics t3/t4. There will definitly be a full filter on it when it is done, but we just need to find one that will fit properly. Chances are it will be done in about a week, I still need to finish oil supply and return, exhaust, inline fuel pump install/wiring, finish the inlet pipe, install gauges, and wire up a SAFCII.

For the most part it is a Drag III kit for a civic SI. We didn't have to modify any of the piping so that was nice. Some of the stuff is a little different than a normal drag kit, most of it the same. I'm hoping to boost around 8 psi but we will see what happens. I can't wait to get it done. Right now we are working on the oil feed and return and the intake pipe and filter, which we are having some fitment issues. Nothing major. Like I said in the first post I will get pics up as we come along more. I was going to take pics tonight but all we got done is...well pretty much nothing, just stuff you couldn't really see in a pic. We were hoping to have her running by Wednesday this week and take it to get gas about 2 miles away, then drive it back to make sure everything was working decent. Then throw on the SAFCII and gauges. Anyway enough of me rambling, more to come soon.

BTW
Comutek, does you saying I have one of your favorate rides on CL nominate me for ROTM? I don't really care, but I always wondered if other cars besides civics could win ride of the month. I think it would be cool as long as cars stay in the honda family. Most of the info on the site is universal to almost all honda's. I've learned alot from CL and I've never owned a civic in my life. Ok really this is enought of me rambling.
