My Pics.. Part 1 (56k No Way)

Ive heard a couple of requests to see my pics so puttin em up here.. Im about to start a bulking cycle shortly to add about 10-15 more pounds to my frame.. so me and my boy decided to take some pics for BEFORE and AFTER shots..

Heres my stats as of right now..

Age:22
Weight:175lbs
Height: 5,10
BFP: Not exactly sure but i think im not too high.. need to get that measured.. ill update as soon as i find out..

My Goal for now: to get to 195 and lose some body fat and slip down to 190...

So far i think need some ab work but otherwise im on the right track..The guys over at http://www.superiormuscle.com say im looking pretty soild and got nice mass in the upper body.. I still got a long ways to go!!

Damn dude I think you just need to get a little more cut up and you'll be a mean looking MF. Thats the weight I am trying to get to. I'm 5'9" and I weigh 155, and I want to get to 165-170. ,

So I think you are boed up enough. you don't want to transform into a crab man. You know have to walk through doors sideways, and can't put your arms down to your side.

doin good syn, I would say that i would work on getting you BFP down before adding any more mass. The more mass you start to build its goignto be harded to get that BFP down and to get some stryations (sp) showing. Keep up the hard work though it's pays off in the long run.
