These pics are at a house ive been working at with my WORK partner (lol). Anyway its friggin gi-normous, and its on some ridiculous acreage. The driveway alone probably cost more than i make in a year, when you add in labor and material. Its in the backwoods of oregon, on the top of an old logging road. The property and house will probably go for $1,000,000 or more im gonna guess, since an average house here goes for 200,000 with 3 beds, 2 baths, etc etc. anyway here:
This is halfway up the driveway looking up at the house. Looking down from the 3rd story. The areas of clear-cutting that went on years ago. The bottom story/mechanical room looking out over the valley. This is the 3rd story, looking out the front window. Also the 3rd story, but looking out the side of the house. The whole house is heated via this flooring called warmboard. The light green part you see is aluminum, and the white tubes you see will be filled with hot water, it cirulates from floor to floor, and is controlled via thermostats. they lay the flooring directly over the top of it all. This is the mess of water lines coming up from the 1st story. Each story has these, and they go everywhere! This is some of the work we did, just to show you, its the silver and black part, not the white pipes. More of our work, the silver parts are the main lines, and the black ones are each individual run for the 1st and 2nd stories. Id show more but it would bore you guys! This is from the 3rd story floor, looking all the way down to the 1st. It doesnt really come out, but its kinda nerve racking looking down that far! Thats it, i just wanted to share with you guys some of the work we get to do. Some of it is very cool, and they're some very cool houses. I dont know how these people get all of their money sometimes, this guy supposedly owns a landscaping business??? (im thinking more like um...DRUGS! lol)

The heating system seems really cool! No more cold feet in the morning. I would love to look at that view every morning.

i have no idea of the square footage, the owner was never around. but i would guess somewhere in the 5-6000 range. its like 2 2000 sq ft houses plus the basement, so somewhere in there. its in a prime spot for a fire, you can see where we had a fire just last year on the second pic from the top. its the furthest mountain range away, but you can see the damage.
