That's the adapter piece. I twisted that right off.




There's the socket. I had to hammer it to get it off the bolt.



I drove over to my dads to get a 12mm socket to finish the job, and the car warmed up faster than I'd ever seen it warm up before.

The socket is a craftsman, but the adapter was an Alltrade POS I got a long time ago. haha

yeah it happens sometimes, from all the rust. What i do sometimes is throw it on the ground real hard and the bolt should come out.

here's my bitch bolt.. i have it hanging on my cork board to forever remind me.. oil and heat before removing suspension bolts
