I got it off of ebay for 470 and then another 50 for shipping so a total of 520.

and no give me your rims... or at least sell them to me
sorry but im planning on keeping these... unless you wanna purchase them for enough that i can buy a new set ? i need new tires though, mine are really shitty. in the rain they just start spinning whenever you try to go unless you go like 1 mph for the first 5-6 feet.

what would you all suggest for a swap with some power, would be good for forced induction, and is relatively cheap( < 3000)? I need to start looking now so i can start saving up!

you can get a full b18b (integra ls) swap for $2,200 + shipping from hmotorsonline.com which is an excellent platform for boost.

or like comutek said a b20 would be good too, but would probably be a little more expensive than an ls. if you decide to get a b20 try and find a b20z...it has 20 more hp than the b20b due to higher compression.

turbo LS! =D if i could go back and do it again, I would have taken the LS over the B20..atleast for turbo. I've heard of people boosting like 12psi daily and pushing up to 15psi on the stock block. Someone around here is pusing 300whp from a stock turbo ls

Dont do that... Higher compression is not what you want for a turbo motor. Stick to the LS.
