Me.. compressed springs are freaking crazy... after the first two, we decided to throw the spring in the street instead of doing it ourselves.

nice pics....im not really sure how you de-compressed those springs but it looks pretty damn scary. if you did it the way i think you did it, youre lucky it didnt fly off and hit you in the face, or the nuts or something. i knew a guy who had one hit him in the face, and he had to have re-constructive facial surgery on the orbit of his eye, completely smashed it in. those things are nucking futs!!

I was feeling the same way when I saw the pic of the spring too. Youre supposed to use 2 compressors not one. But hey its you thats gonna get screwed up not me. Nice pics of the drop tho.

daym,.. f-word Autozone .. fuckers didnt tell me about using two.. but I should have noticed the Haynes Manual uses two too. Oh well, next time I will know better. We had the compressed springs pointed sideways the whole time so there was no other direction they could really go except sideways. Thanks for the info...
