Well I finally got my old B16 in my DX, it only took me 2 years to do it! (wrecked my hatch 2 years ago Sept 4th) I went to 75-80 Dragway in Frederick MD last friday and got a nice 15.2 on some bald street tires, got 5 runs in this night.

I also went to Mason-Dixon Dragway in Hagerstown MD last Saturday but the best time I had there was a 15.3, on the same bald street tires, 15 runs this time(thank you Hurricane Charlie! you scared everyone else away from the track this night!). I was working on my RT that night and got it under .8 for every run. better than the 1.2's I had Friday night!

I ordered some drag radials(BF goodrich 205/50/15's) today for 2 15" 5stars I had sitting around. Hopefully they'll keep me from spinning thru 1st and improve my 60' time.

Everything is stock except for the swap, I even still have the stock 13" wheels on her! I've upgraded a few things on the intake side: Skunk2 IM, Gude bored out TB, AEM short ram intake, AEM fuel Rail. Still have the old Nuespeed header and 2.5" exhaust with a high perf cat. I can't believe my motor sat for 2 years and it fired right up once we got it in the car!

I will have pics of everthing up soon(car and slips)! No pics of the swap in progess though, most of the time we were working out in the rain!

Forgot 2 add, Saturday I lined up against a new Viper GTS, he ran a 12.2! It was awesome to watch him smoke me! My jaw was almost reasting on the steering wheel! I got pics of this too, I'll put them up tomorrow.

good times to get that R/T down, you might trying flooring it just as soon as the bottom yellow light comes on. i used this method the first time i drag raced and cut .771, .565, and .551 lights respectively. now lets see some pics!

UPDATE

Well, my luck came around again. My DX got hit by a drunk driver in front of my house , he actually totalled that and my 94 LX sedan that everyone saw in Dallas! 2 cars with one shot! I'm in the process of putting my B16 in my 89 CRX SI I just got. I will post pics of everything (racing, damage, and the new Rex) as soon as I can.

There was a kid up at 75 & 80 a few weeks ago with a green rex with a b16, he said it was his brothers? I guess if you dont have your engine in the car that couldnt be you, but that would have been a coincidences.

Noooooooooooooo

Are the front fenders still usable on the sedan? How about the cruise control?

No Mike, nothing on the front end of that car left, the entire front end was destroyed. He hit that one pretty good. He also pushed my DX about 75 feet thruogh mine and my neighbor's yard!

yea, I actually got a great settlement, cuz my 93 DX had 250k+ miles on it, but the odometer only read 68k, so I got a good deal on that one. but shhhh, don't tell anyone!
