I went out to palmdale for my first test and tune session of the season...thought everything was good...got out for my first pass...launched a little slow...and went for second gear and the car dove straight for the center line(i was in the right lane) so i let off and coasted the rest of the 1/4, no sense in pushing it when i was already sure it was a shitty run...13.8@98mph...Went for my second pass...Wennt to launch, and i was instantly on rev limter in first gear...put it in second...instantly on limiter again, went for third, same thing...went for 4th and there was no gear, attempt to push the clutch in and try for 4th again...and the clutch peddle is stuck to the floor! STUCK TO THE DAMN FLOOR! pulled the clutch up with my foot, pushed it back down...and that was it...i knew my clutch was toast, put it in 4th and coasted for about 1000' and that was a 14 sec pass @60mph...moral of the story...600+ hp is TOO MUCH for a single plate clutch...oh well...time to go for a twin disc lol...ill let you guys know what happens next time

i was running an action 2md which is a 6 puck unsprung hub with a dual diaghram pressure plate. Now im going with a Competition clutch Twin disc...stage 6. we will see what happens from there...i gotta wait till payday to order my clutch...but i think it will be worth it...especially to see if i can improve on my 10.6 since i did that on a clutch that was slipping
