i agree but overkill for a drag racing IMO, that money should go under the hood.

Skunk2 drag launch kit would be a good choice too! Also, eibach does custom spring rates.

The rex came equipt with kyb 3-way adjustable struts wrapped with nuespeed lowering springs. The car sits were it sits and that's that.
I wish it was lower but I've got no choice in the matter new.
That is why I'd go with coilovers rather than just springs . . .

Doh!

i say coilovers too, but just make sure you replace the struts as well. and a camber kit never hurts either for less uneven tire wear.

I'm replacing struts too. But as for a camber kit, do you think it's necessary for around a 1.5-1.75" drop??? That's the lowest I'll ever have it for driving. I may drop it lower for track use, but that will be later and I'll have a camber kit for that by then.

it's up to you really. it mainly just gets rid of negative camber so your tires wear evenly. not really a big deal but you do go through tires more quickly. you shouldn't have too much of a problem unless you drop it more than 1.75".

mine's dropped about 1.5" and i drive a 6th gen.. i notice that the front camber is fine, but the rear is worse.. dunno why. I did look at the el-cheapo washer trick, but havn't gotten around to trying that.

Definately want to get a camber kit, on your drop you might be ok, but wearing through tires every couple of months isn't fun. I would go with a set of eibach's springs and some AGX's. I think you will be impressed with the ride.
