I'v recently noticed that, while driving on the highway, my front right doesnt seem as.... "tight" and/or "responsive" as the left front. Or in other words, my left hand turns are nice and tight whereas my right hand turns seem sloppy and give me a disconnected feeling. While in my driveway, recently, i noticed that my front right seemed to have more wheel gap than the front left. i measured the distance from the ground to the bottom of the front lip area and got 9'' on the front right, and 8'' on the front left. What do you guys think the problem is? I'm thinking that i will take it to a garage and see what they think but i thought i would ask you nice people first

Thanks

Sorry, I drive a 93 DX hatchback on 16x7 rota slips. Stock suspension, for now atleast.

There was an older thread we had about this and it turned out that alot of people on civicland said they had the same problem, myself too. My passenger side fender/wheel gap is about 3/4" taller than the drivers side and it's all stock. But rides fine, well for stock at least.

sorry for not looking harder, this topic was already covered.

If youre all stock then I'd think its the strut that is messed up, esp. if it is still the original ones that came with the car.

I had the same problem with my '96 sedan and it ended up being a blown strut, but then again you are not even dropped. Al so it could be the just that the spring is sagging...
keep us posted to see if you find out what the problem is.

And the thread was made a while back so I think it may have been lost on the last host move.

Haven't posted in a while, the problem was that the spring on the front right was cracked at the bottom. So, recently I bought some relatively cheap coilover's, and instead of posting a new topic, I was wondering what you think I should do; either, A) Install the coilovers now, or B) wait for a few weeks, because in a few weeks I will be buying KYB GR-2 SHOCKS/STRUTS, and install it all at once?

Thanks

Install it all at once. It will be MUCH easier than trying to do it twice, not to mention trying to pull your stock springs off the worn out stock shocks with dangerous spring compressors...
