I want to replace it with the rest of them but i'm not sure as to what brand to get and a good place online to buy them. Let me know you opinions. energy or prothane.

used both on my nissan, some were a pain to get in though. i was told to throw the bushings in the freezer for a few hours before you install them

why do you freeze them? wouldn't that be a bad idea because they might get stress fractures from being frozen and then having presure put onto them

I never really asked why. im assuming the thery is that they with contract a little making them easier to install. I dont think you would have to worry about cracking. never heard of bushings cracking in the winter months.

any kind of poly bushing would be an improvement over the stock rubber bushings.. It will help make the car much more responsive though a bit rougher ride.

I installed on my own car a set of nylon bushings and OMG the car feals sooo much better, but don't go looking for a set of nylon ones.. its a custom package route
