Ok so I have a spare 92 EX 4dr that has this nice Disc setup that I've pulled the drivers side rear trailing arm and all off including the E-brake Cable.

Upon inspecting the rear trailing arm drum setup on my DX the brake line feed that connects on my drum setup is a threaded nut that goes in behind the drum. On the EX disc setup it was a open ring line fitting that a bolt goes into to hold into place.

so do I have to remove the actual brake lines from the EX for the DX or wil that threaded fitting just go right into where the bolt/ring went for the fluid supply?

Any feedback/info on this would be greatly appreciated. My Dx 4dr is my daily driver and not trying to pull it all down and have a problem..

thanks for looking...

Johnny, You have to replace the brake lines on the rear drum to the rear disc, because the drum is using a clyinder and has a different style brake line and the disc uses a hose connected to the cylinder

Look at this pic (its basically the same thing)

See where the line meets the hard line? that is where you disconnect the rear drum line and use the rear disc line. If you need some more help explaining it, IM me
