OK so I just got my Tokico Illumina adjustable shocks and my Skunk2 coilovers for my 92 civc. Is there any other parts I need to get before I do the drop. Just so that once I get the stock suspension out I dont get fucked with a missing esential part.

Im dropping the ride hight by 2 inches and Im going to keep it there. Ive read how to do the rear camber in the DIY and the front I should get a camber kit?

Im riding on Motegi MR-12 17inch wheels

What else do I need?

For some reason, we've never had to use those up to 5th gens.
6th gens and up we have.

Yup.

For a 5gen pretty much all you have to do is remove the wheel, hub, and arms. When you loosen the upper bolts holding the shock/coil setup togeath, they'll just pop right down and out. I suppose a jack could also be used in order to slow it down a bit in case you're worried about getting hit, lol I've never seen that though and I've dropped 4 of mine now that way.

Good luck!

You may also need new control arms in the back in case you end up breaking the "bitch" bolt in the rear. It's possible you won't have too, but I think about every honda I've worked on or watched worked on has that stupid thing that won't come off. Good luck.

At least having new bushings and new strut bolts would be wise to order from the dealer, since they will more than likely need to be replaced.

For the front camber kit, I would recommend having a Skunk2 since it is a 5th gen.

For the rear camber, you can get away with just doing the washer trick.
