It's not too hard....I'll type up a quick guide for you:

Removal
-jack up the car and put it on jack stands
-remove the wheels
-losen the two 14mm bolts on either side of the upper control arm, but do not remove them
-with a pair of needlenose pliers remove the cotter pin that goes through the ball joint of the upper control arm
-remove the 17mm nut on the ball joint
-depending on your desired method (either a fork style seperator or a puller), seperate the ball joint on the upper control arm from the knuckle.....I highly recommend the fork style...they like to eat up the boots, but I have had much worse experiences with pullers
-you can now fully remove the two 14mm bolts on either side of the upper control arm
-pull the upper control arm straight out

Installation
-make sure you follow the instructions included with the kit on properly putting together the control arms
-once assembled and set to 0 degrees of correction, slide the ingalls upper control arm into the factory location (be sure to have the metal spacers included with the kit installed also)
-install the two 14mm bolts on either side of the upper control arm FINGER TIGHT
-slide the ball joint through the knuckle
-install the 17mm nuts
-install the cotter pins
-put the wheels back on
-lower the car
-now torque down the two 14mm bolts on either side of the upper control arm to the proper specs
-take your car for an alignment
