any idea what brand camber kit it is? i would imagine that noise is not normal, however, i never personally used a camber kit. it gives me an excuse to keep my tires fresh, lol.

a cheaper or lesser quality camber kit may make noise, where as a better quality may not. someone correct me if im wrong.

I have a set of progressive cambers on my car, and although I am not sure if it?s a good brand, they squeaked in the back. After taking my wheel off, I figured out that the back right side was just a little loose so I put some WD-40 on the camber and cranked it and that stopped the squeak. If you installed the cambers your self, you may want to check the angle or have someone double check your work. Also if you installed a set of springs they can produce a squeaking noise also.

Most likely It's the joint or the bushing thats making the noise.

Progress is a great brand- I don't know what "Progressive" is. Hopefully it's not some eBay knockoff. Progress' rear camber kit for the 88-00 Civic is just a washer kit though, so I don't see how you would have something more to "crank it" and stop the squeaking.

Its the urethane bushings, they will squeek if not lubed regularly. Mine does the same thing, squeeks over speedbumps or any bumps for that matter when it is cold out, then progressively stops as I continue driving and they heat up a little. Use some grease, or wd-40, I usually spray WD-40 up there whenever I rotate my tires.
