yeah should only take about 2 hours to knock out, you prob wont even need a compressor. Just pull the whole unit out and put in the new one assembled. Might need it for the new springs, maybe.

let me know when you feel like coming down. Last two weekends of april i'll be out of town.

Ummm he's goingto need to compress the old springs to get the top hats off. I'm pretty sure the tok, set doesn't cone with the top hats and the bushing set up on top. After you have the shocks/springs setup it should only take an hour. Maybe a hour and a half. I do mine all the time and can get all four done in an hour with hand tools. Just make sure you get some penitrating oil so you don't bust any bitch bolts. Also put anti sieze shit on them so they don't lock up after teh install.

god i hate you lol.

your write about compressors though my new struts came with new hats if his didn't he'll need to.

bo, also a week before hand start shooting penetrating oil in all the bolts on the suspension get them nice and "penetrated" then we'll just heat up the tack nut on the back and they'll come right out

on the old stuff.. get a can of it.. crawl under your car.. look for the spring with the strut under it.. follow the strut down to a fork looking part connected to the bottom.

there's a bolt that holds the top part of that fork (near where the struts goes into the part at the top) spray that.. then move down to the prongs of the fork. A bolt goes through those prongs and through the lower control arm.. spray the shit out of those two bolts each ends
