you need another pair of arms to hold the bolt w/ some pliers or something.

tried that. i just went outside and sprayed the hell out of the bolt and nut with some PB Blaster to kinda eat away the rust then ill see if that helps a lil. i even tried forcing that bolt into the hole it supposed to go into to hold it and it would still spin. i took a tire iron and went over the top of the a-arm and grabbed the spring with it and pulled down til i almost threw my shoulder out and it still spins any other suggestions.

there is only five bolts you need to loosen to take out shocks and springs....
2-engine bay
1-bolt holding the LCA
1-bolt holding the wishbone to the LCA
1-bolt holding the whisbone to the shock

well thats the quickest way i saw cuz there were fewer things to remove. only 3 things to undo that way, but apparaently isnt the quickest unless u have air tools. im gonna go buy a set of channel locks to press it together where it cant spin.
