soak it in penitrating oil.. let it dry then take a butane torch to it.. heat up the threads of the bolt (opp the head) this expands the metal losening the grip on the threads and easier to pull out.. be careful.. your just an over torqued bolt away from breaking your shit and spending hours just getting it lose.

yeah erik, i got the front after a little muscle. but the rear i started on has been hell. broke the 1st bolt w/ a breaker bar.. broke it IN HALF. stripped the shit out of the 2nd bolt.. i dont know how i got the strut out, but i did.. i bought one of those air grinder things. i got the 2nd bolt out, but the first is jacked. i need to go to the stealer tomorrow and get all new shit.. i hate suspension work.

ive got 1 bolt. one side broke off half way, the other side i cut off so i could get the strut off the car. now im left with the middle of a bolt and its stuck. hammered/punch from one end, and used a BFH hammering from the other end. it wont move. why is it so easy to put back together?? its rediculious taking it apart. im frustrated.

Yeah listen to eric, heat it up because it will break after trying too long. (trust me i'm the bolt snapping master) heat it up with a torch and it shouldn't give you much trouble after that.

Don't forget the penetrating oil. I never understand why people don't prepare for this and put that stuff on days in advance.
