eh, i'm not sure what you are talking about. to my knowledge almost all gas shocks/struts use nitrogen (not nitrous).

and they aren't covered by warranty at all even if they do blow? thats what i liked about kyb shocks. if the nitrogen leaks out and the shocks were used accordingly to their warranty information, you get a new one free.

any warranty is hard to deal with when it comes to cars. Whether you go by the book or not. Theres always catches with these f*kn companys.

true, but some do live up to their warranties, especially if you buy aftermarket parts locally. it's more difficult if you buy online.

Mine are still good, and it's been over 2 years. I've never heard of this problem before.

I like my setup:

Nothing major, just cheapo stuff all around.

Tein FLEX system with pillowball mounts and custom rate springs
Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings
JimFab traction bars (Z10 in picture, they're in Germany now)
Neuspeed upper front strut brace (no front lower, won't fit over new header)
Eibach sway bars: 26mm front, 17mm rear (perfect neutral balance on this car with stiff rear springs)
Skunk2 front camber kit
Ingalls rear camber kit
15x6 Integra GSR wheels
205/50/15 Bridgestone S-03 Pole Position tires

My old roommate with his '04 STi liked the way my setup handled better than his STi's stock equipment.

The older setup was Eibach Pro-Kit springs on top of KYB AGX shocks, and I loved that combination. Perfect ride height, smooth ride in easy driving, nice and tight when you get aggressive in the corners (progressive springs).

Height of Pro-Kit setup (195/50/15 tires on last picture, so a bit shorter and more gap than 205/50 in first two pictures):

One more:

Pro-Kits with 195/50/15 tires running at about 65mph on the highway, unmodified fenders (unlike first 2 of 3 pictures above, the ones with the projector headlights).

Calesta,
Have you had any problems with your seals or bushings on your Skunk2 camber kit? mine were shot and it took 4 months for Skunk2 to send me new bushings, which I never installed, I bought a new set of stock control arms and raised the car back up about an inch. So if you ever need new bushings let me know..
