hello everyone. i just bought a new set of tokico HP's & to top them off, i have a set of arospeed coilovers. well, i am new to suspension & had a few questions.
1>i am assuming when installing the coilovers to the shocks, that the hex screw end faces the top. of course i assume this since the other end has about an inch of bare metal before the sleeve to fit into the bottom of the shock. 2>when installing the hex screws to the rear shocks, the screws do not go all the way to the shock. it is almost like the metal sleeve is too long, but they were for the rear & they are a little under half an inch than the chamber so they will not attach to the sides. please let me know if i am doing something wrong, i just want to have them ready for install when i take them to the shop. does anyone have any images of installations?? thanks in advance! |
