Question about rear disc conversion on 7th gen Civic

I own an 05 Lx (front disc/rear drum) and have seen threads for rear disc conversions on 5th/6th gen Civics. My question is: If I wanted to perform this conversion on mine exactly what parts would I need? Any and all information is greatly appreciated.
