Hey guys Im looking at improving the suspension on my 92 civic hb. Was looking at getting some neuspeed coilovers and shocks...now for droping my ride do I need anything else other than camber kits for wheel alignment?
I was also looking at the lower sway bar and tie bar and front strut brace and front tie bar....basicly Im looking for any feedback on these products and where would be the best place to buy them. Thanks Marc |

I haven't used neuspeed in my own ride, but have installed some of their stuff on my friend VW GTI. The company has a lot of experience, mostly with Euro stuff, but they're very trustworthy and will do fine. As for the Gti, it was real smooth. If you're doing a drop, you'll be fine with a camber kit, just don't skimp on it. But hey, tons of people do drops without them, so you'll still be the pro! :P

what exactly are u looking to spend... cuase i got my suspension for my crx for about 450 bucks... Nuespeed race springs...and tockico blues. The springs i got lucky and purchased them on ebay but my shocks at a local speed shop for 256 bucks. The ride is very niice... smooth but at the same time stiff. Neuspeed, i think, is the best company out there for civic... and euro cars. and as for camber kits... SPC all the way... dont bother with skunk2... or any other company... imp:" class="inlineimg" /> |

If you plan on droping your ride any more than 2 inches its suggested you use a camber kit. Now there is alot of aftermarket for this, but tend to stay away from ingalls (unless you get the whole upper control arm replacement) I had skunk2 on my last car and worked great, anything with a whole control arm replacement with a camber adjustment will be fine, if you want more adjustment you can find something with caster too (but i havent found this yet ). Hope this helps |
