In short, no. The LS/B16 rods are wider at the top than the GSR/ITR rods. You can have your LS/B16 rods shaved for these pistons to fit. But why, when you can just use CTR pistons in your LS.

Vice Versa is true also. LS/B16 pistons wont work well on GSR/ITR rods as the GSR/ITR rods are too narrow.
