i did some looking around and talking to some local tuning shops. i can't run the uberdata on the k20, so i have to go with the k-pro. i has told, however, that the s-300 is the only one that can be easily tuned and adjusted later. the guy told me that the k-pro that comes with the jackson racing supercharger is just a reflash, and will not work right in most areas of the country. it is set up to run in a southern california climate and on their gas. guess i'm screwed on saving any money. cause then, it will cost me another 150 an hour for dyno tuning.

It's shouldn't cost you 150 per hour, If thats what they quoted you go find another place. Do you plan on supercharging? turbo? Whats you plans with this motor?

150 is their going rate. however, i have a friend that said he might be able to talk em down for me. i have been doing some other research, and he is wrong about the hondata info he gave me. the s 300 is not a k series compatable unit and also the k-pro is programable it is the k100 that is not. i am not sure if i am going to boost or not. i have been looking at it, but for the price i might just go with the k20a or k20a2 and just go n/a. crower is supposed to come out with cams for the k20a3 and i might also look into those as an option. but as of now it looks like the k-pro will be my best option with all future mods i decide.
