OBDI DOHC VTEC ECU as opposed to running a chipped P28, right? Or can you chip a P30?

It just occured to me tonight, I never really researched P30s until a few minutes ago.

ECUs don't care how many camshafts are in the car. i'm no tuning expert, but i think p28s are preferred because they're cheaper and easier to work with.

P28 is cheaper and easier to find.

IT doesn't matter what ECU you go with, you can even pick up a p06, Once it's socketed the programing will take care of the vtec ect, ect. If you looking into a full tuning system check out Xenocron.com. Chris is a great guy and has some awsome shit, with A+ customer service.

actually p07's are cheaper but they are a little more expensive to chip because they need some more circuitry to become a p28 then chip it. Thats what I have.

Well I have it narrowed down. Finally found someone on HT with a virgin auto p28 for 75 and shipping.

What needs to be done to convert it to manual?
