do the chips work
i have a 97 dx civic and i was wondering if the racing chip works or what, because my friend bought an ecu on ebay with one alredy and said it made his throttle response a whole lot better, but killed gas milege. he said it puts like 16 hp, is this true or not thamks, and if so what chip.

Nope, ebay chips DO NOT WORK. Don't waste your time or $$.
