I cant figure this one out. I picked up a Equus pro tach. No shift light just the basics. I managed to pull some wiring info off the net. Not the right stuff!!!!! Power is Ok I can do that,i got the dimmer wired backwards and no RPM signal. Hahaha. Can someone help me with the tach signal wire and the dimmer wire? Even a proper wiring diagram would help. Let me know thanks

If I remember right the dimmer is done through the ground, so I just get the power and illumination from the spare pins on the top of the fuse box. The tach wire is blue. You can find it behind your gauge cluster (regardless if you have a tach or not from the factory,) you can also find it at the tach, and you can find it next to the master cylinder in the top left corner of the engine bay. The last one is the easiest to point out since it is by iteself not plugged in to anything else besides a black rubber plug.
